DAPD 2026

Dementia, Alzheimer's & Parkinson's Diseases Conference 2026
September 23-24, 2026
Vienna, Austria

28bio will be presenting virtually at DAPD 2026 — tune in to learnmore about Organoid Intelligence and modeling learning-related neural responsein CNS-3D Plasticity Organoids.

Our talk will present a human cortical organoid platform for measuring synaptic plasticity and adaptive learning, including a closed-loop, Pac-Man-inspired task where organoid activity directly drives gameplay.

This talk reflects our broader CNS-3D Plasticity Organoids offering, which functionally assesses network potentiation and learning-related pathways — a human-relevant alternative to static disease biomarkers. For dementia, Alzheimer's, and Parkinson's programs, this means directly evaluating whether a drug candidate protects, restores, or enhances the neural learning processes that decline in these diseases, with functional readouts pairable with molecular and structural endpoints through our Cognitive Biomarker Services.

If you're interested in exploring CNS-3D foryour research, schedule a meeting with our team below.
